Their are so many things about pregnancy that no one tells you about. It can be shocking to experience when you are expecting to have this perfect "glow" while you are creating this perfect little creature and you will eat pounds of ice cream without gaining a pound past the ones that go directly to this perfect little being. The realities can be very different for some, including me.

Alec Bradley cigars
I have had 3 babies and one thing I noticed was that a lot of traditions have been lost on the process. People still have baby showers, but now their are sprinklings for the children past the first. People still send balloons or flowers when the baby is born, but less hands on help or casseroles are delivered. And their isn't much congratulatory celebrating of the father once the baby is born. While I think their is always room for new traditions, sometimes it is nice to visit traditions that have been forgotten or a little less practiced.

Lily Pad Review
So, it's about to get personal! I hope your ready if not avert your eyes as we are about to talk about the wonderful side effects of nursing. As full-filling as nursing can be it can also be painful, stressful, and totally messy. Some have it easy and have no problems at all, the rest of us don't have it so easy and we can find ourselves looking for help from products, other mom's, and what-ever-god you believe. This is about the help I found in a review product!

Hot Milk Review
Having a baby is just the start of the circus that your life has now become. You will find yourself to be an expert juggler. Speaking of things you will be juggling you will find that a little assistance may be needed to juggle a few things that developed after having the baby. That's right I'm talking about the milk jugs you now carry around with you all day long. They can be a little uncomfortable and support is a welcome relief!

Prevagen Review
When I got pregnant everyone talked about pregnancy brain. As my belly grew, my mind seemed to go, at least my memory did. I was sure it would come back once the baby popped out. So, the baby was born and then my memory didn't seem to recover. To our surprise we were pregnant again, so I chalked it up to another pregnancy brain. Now, I just think my brain needs a little help getting itself back on track.

Crazy Dog T Shirt's Watermelon Smuggler Review
Who loves a sassy shirt? This girl! I love shirts that are smart with their sass and don't resort to something trashy. Who says you can't have a little sass with your class anyway?

Pink Blush Maternity Review
I love clothes that can be worn while pregnant and after! It can be very hard in the last few months of pregnancy to find anything that fits, let alone makes you feel like a woman. Then, you have the baby and face not only the challenge of finding something that fits your in between body, but also allows you to breastfeed and look good, just adds to the stress of dressing while creating life. I know in past pregnancies there have been moments where I've given up the ghost and stolen my hubbies clothes, rubber-banded and pinned his pants and called it a day! Check out an awesome shop that can help this time of extreme fashion crisis in a woman's life!

Home-Made Baby Food Containers
I made the food for my babies for a lot of reasons. It not only cut down my grocery bill, but I could combine what they like and leave out what they don't, plus I could easily change the thickness of the food based on age and what they were able to handle without wasting a bunch of food or having to thicken it, it also makes it easier to feed them organic or home grown veggie's, and you can add your own spices based on your culture/preference/or allergy restrictions/allowances. In my previous post, that I told how to make baby food HERE and HERE, I used pre-bought baby food jars, but I recently found a product that would be perfect for those of you/us making your own baby food, check these out!

Cafe Press Product Review!

I am always looking for interesting and fun things for the kids to wear. Not satisfied by the fashions found in stores I like to look elsewhere for things that usually online. After all they grow fast, so if I'm going to get them something fun I have to make sure that I guide their fashion sense to be unique and sensible. I found these fun t shirts online at Cafepress.com.

Spring brings more than just flowers!
Spring brings so much in the air. It carries change, hope, and new blooms. It also seems to bring with it the desire t have a bloom of their own in women. I'm not sure why but maybe its the warm sun after a long winter or all the beautiful romantic flowers that does it, but this tends to be the time of year I hear about people talking about starting a family.
