We are Born Wild's Amber Teething Necklace Review

Is their anything worse than a teething baby?  How about a teething baby who has a double ear infection?  How about a very aware teething baby with a double ear infection who may or may not be a little spoiled by all the cuddles from the bigger kids and mommy in his life?  Yeah, to a degree I created a bit of a monster, but on the other side their are things that I just can't control.  Like, the pain from cutting teeth and the pain of a double ear infection.   My little normally happy guy has been having some rough nights and this mommy is tired!
Mommy Moments with Abby's review of We are Born Wild's  Amber Teething Necklace:   I have seen other parent's use these with a mixture of results. I have seen it do nothing on one kid, and then have another who is having a hard time with teething get calmer then had been.  So, when my little guy started to have a rough time with teething I figured it couldn't hurt anything to try it.  I did not anticipate it's arrival to coincide with not only him cutting some teeth, but multiple ear infections.

First thing I noticed when I put this on, was how cute this guy looked with it on, but I'm biased since he's mine and I think all my kids are adorable!  The next thing I noticed was how hard it was to get a picture of him.  I had quite a few photo fails from him trying to grab the camera.  This seems like typical baby behavior except my little guy had been having some rough nights from not only his teeth, but a double ear infection and the upset tummy that come's with the meds for his infections.  To have him feel calm enough to decide not to scream or want to be held was a pretty good deal for me.  Even though he then decided to try to grab the camera it was a sign to me that something was working it's magic to help sooth or calm him.
Now, he still had some moments of discomfort and clinginess.  But he also has some moments of just observation and play, which is how he normally acts.  I will say it could have been the pain from the teeth easing, or the meds working on the ear infections, but I would also have to note that it started on the same day that we put on his necklace.  Is it the necklace, is it something else, hard to say, but it's also hard to say it isn't the necklace.  I think we will keep it around.  When it comes to helping ease my babies pain every little bit helps, especially when it doesn't hurt anything to try!
