Bakeitfun Silicon Baking Mat Review

My daughter has been all about cooking and with that their is going to be a lot of clean up.  Having items that help with that are always welcome.  Anything that I can wipe up and be done without the scraping and scrubbing that the baking sheets is welcome when you have a future master chef.
Mommy Moments with Abby's review of BakeitFun Silicone Baking Mat:  So, My little master chef got together her little tools and we made some Pepperoni Pizza with a garlic Italian herb crust.  The thing I hate about pizza is that the cheese tends to stick to the pan, the garlic burns to the pan, and I'm left scrubbing.  That doesn't even talk about the sauce should it boil over onto the pan.  So I was more than happy to slap this baby on the baking sheet to see if I could cut down my clean up time.  I was a little worried about if this would hold up under the heat of an oven.  We cut the pizza in half so it fits on the sheet and gave it a chance.  It worked great, any spillage literally rinsed off with some soap and water and less wiping than the sheet would take.  An added bonus was that the crust of the pizza seemed to be more evenly cooked!  My little chef liked the color as she felt it looked awesome.  Then it rolls up and takes up little space in her little supply cabinet.  We had a lot of fun cooking and didn't waste a lot of time cleaning leaving us with more memories and laughter as we grow her talents!  It works great and does exactly what it claims to do!
