So I started with frozen, yes frozen Salmon because they tend to fry a lot more messy. I put a line of Barbecue down and then put the frozen steak on top.
Next, I put a line of Barbecue on the Salmon Steak and let it fry with no water at first to ensure a big mess!
Just look at that mess as I flip the steak to cook both sides.
Now, I have a great big saucy mess to clean off my new OrGreenic Pan. Let's see how it went!
I started with just water and as you can see some of the mess just came off on its own!
As you can see I am using only one hand as I take a picture and the fried on sauce is coming write off with no hard scrubbing and a yellow sponge!
