All Terrain Sunscreen Review and Giveaway
Arizona summers mean a variety of water issues when using sunscreen, add to that the issue of bugs with short life spans and little food sources being attracted to any scent of flowers, fruit, or other food source and most sunscreens not only get washed off but bring a beavy of biting bugs with their scents. I tried All Terrain and was pleased that it did what it advertised. It held up in the heat on a hike and didn't wash off from my constant sweating while I hiked up a hill with a 25lb kid on my back. It also held up when I took a dip in the pool with a 1 and 2 year old constantly splashing. Looks like the water resistance of this sunscreen holds water. I made sure to dry off and re-apply every 80 minutes per instructions and didn't burn. I did get tanner than I would like, but at SPF 30 it kept me from burning and did what an SPF 30 is expected to do in the AZ sun, an SPF 50 is needed for limited tanning in AZ. This means this is great for you sun tanners in AZ and perfect for you hikers and poolside bathers in northern states. It had a bland to non-scent to it meaning I wasn't attracting a ton of bugs because I had something perfume smelling on like many of the coconut, floral, or candy smelling sunblocks.
