Mommy Moments with Abby's Review of Fit Moms for Life by Dustin Maher:
The book Fit Moms for Life is an amazing book to help motivate you to get fit. It not only offers inspiration but tips on just how to get healthy and have more energy. I personally am glad someone finally came out and said, doing just cardio doesn't make you healthy. For some it can slim them down, but for most you need a bit of cardio and a bit of strength to keep the pounds off. The pursuit of a cardio only workout is why, I think, many people are the "healthiest big person you will meet". It would seem that I am agreed with after reading this book. This book reminded me that I need to approach a workout like I would a meal. You don't just serve meat only or broccoli only at a meal do you? So, after reading this book I remembered to balance my workout the same way I balance my plate, with a little bit of everything.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Mom Blog Society. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
