Mosquito Repellent Bracelet Product Review

I hate bug season!  Ever since I was a kid I've always felt like I was more of a buffet line during this season than anything else.  The itching after being bit is terrible and I hate having to cover myself in pepto-pink from the calamine lotion that never works permanently.  Sadly, my kids seem to inherit my buffet line blood and they love to play outside which is a bad combo!

Babi-kini Review

I've noticed a lot of parents and schools are doing swim lessons during the fall.  They usually bus the kids to an indoor facility.  Then the kids get to learn how to swim with their friends.  I think this is a great idea if you have the funds for it.  Problem is they may have grown out of that swimsuit you bought at the beginning of the summer, so where do you get a cute swimsuit from?  My latest review can help!

My Favorite Hyland’s Summertime Memories

My kids are young and I'm hoping to build some memories with them.  Moments for them to hold onto, like the extra cuddles they get after I treat their bites with Bug Bite Ointment.  We put on the Ointment and then they get wrapped up in their towel or blanket for some cuddles with the summer evening breeze blowing on us, the hummingbirds swooping in for a last meal of the day.  The little lazy day summer moments that I hope they remember when they are older!

Kubo's Cozy Little Cut-away!

The weekend of April 12 through the 14th the hubby and I decided to take a much needed break.  My parents watched the kiddo's and fur-babies while he and I headed a few hours south.  We decided to book a room/cottage in one of the canyon's we like to hike in, Madera Canyon.  We were calling around and finding most the rooms booked for the weekend!  Luckily for us, the people at Madera Kubo, called us back to say they would be willing to let us stay in their recently renovated "Tree House".  They have a house they are slowly remodeling into places for people to stay.   It is unlike their normal adorable cabins, they built those from scratch themselves, as it is a property that is being remodeled.  I wasn't sure how to picture it, but having met the owners before and enjoying their feeders before decided to take the change and stay there.  My husband had reserves as it wasn't a cabin on their site and recently remodeled can mean a lot of different things.  Still off we went....

 Summer time means switching up the beauty routine.  Why is it that certain scents just go with specific times of the year?  When spring and summer hits the scents get fruitier, lighter, and deeper at the same time.  So, here in Arizona it is finally warming up, and unless we get another random sleet that graced us not even a month ago, my body is telling me to prep for the warmer months.  This means scuffing off the long sleeves, extra weight and skin that we pack around during the winter, and getting ready to bare the heat!
