I'm always looking for ways to get fruit and healthy things in my kids.  With the cold season at hand, the Vitamin C from fruit is important for this mom.  That said, I don't want to load them up on sugar or products that have been processed to the point I'm not sure if the word juice should be applied to them.

It's time to stock up on those cold supplies!  For us, that means making sure we have a good way to get the snot out of my son's head!  For those of you with new babies or one that is due any day, an efficient snot sucker is a must have item for the winter!

I don't know about you, but we down here in Arizona get Summer colds.  They are not fun, neither is the allergies that Arizona seems to bring about.  So, I'm always having to look for relief.  I like to keep things as natural as possible.
